Domain transfer

    I currently have the domain annabelmcgoldrick.com registered with domain central.com.au until January 2018.
    1. How much would it cost to transfer the domain to you?
    2. I currently pay them annually for 50 MB Linus web hosting. If I pay for your premium service will I no longer require domaincentral’s web hosting ?

    1. While we register new domains here at WordPress.com, we’re not able to accept incoming transfers of existing domain names. Therefore, we recommend that you keep the name registered at your current registrar. You can use the domain for your site here at WordPress.com by mapping the domain, as explained here:

    http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

    2. If you move your site to WordPress.com, you would not need to continue paying for hosting with your current webhost.
