Domain transfer

  I am wanting to transfer my domain name to my new host. My account email address is correct (Gmail) but I am not receiving my authorisation code email despite several attempts. Is there a way around this problem?

  The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of any upgrades.

  Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to transfer the domain.
