domain transfer

Hi I’m currently holding one domain (blendedmosaics.wordpress.com) under @ihanako identification. But since it’s going to involve more than one person to work on, hence I don’t want to share my log-in details to other people, I would like to transfer the domain name and website to a new wordpress account which will be shared. Is that possible anyhow or should I simply delete the domain from wordpress and start doing it again?
