Domain Transfer

    Hi there! I just decided to switch to another host site and was refunded the partial amount for canceling my subscription. I was encouraged to keep the domain and simply transfer it to my new site and after reading through wordpress’ rundown on how to do that, I realized I do not have access to that domain name anymore. I believe I should have had access long enough to be able to complete the transfer. Is this correct, and if so, how do I go about this when the domain does not appear where it should?

    You’ve never owned any upgrades via this account.

    What is the domain? You probably registered it using a different account, which would explain why you can’t access it. You need to be logged in as the account that owns the domain in order to point it to a different provider.
