  I would like to transfer my domain. I get the authorization code and complete transfer payment, but for the 2nd time it was denied. I don’t understand what that means? Can you give me simpler explanation and how to transfer my domain.

  Hi there,

  I’m not sure I understand, can you clarify? I see that you recently had the domain ci-turkey.org transferred to your account from the account of another WordPress.com site owner. This domain transfer was finalized on 8/20/2022.

  Now that this domain is under your account, are you trying to transfer the domain to a new owner or registrar outside of WordPress? Or is the issue that you are not able to see that ci-turkey.org was successfully transferred to your account when you look here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

  Let me clarify.

  I am the owner of the domain and I want to transfer the domain outside of WordPress. But doesn’t let me do. can you help me with that?

  You need to disable the domain’s privacy to transfer it. Here’s how to do that:
