Domain Transfer

    Hi again. Support from domains.com said I can also update the DNS record to connect the domain to squarespace instead of transferring the domain completely from domains.com. Would I be able to do that?

    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there,

    According to our records your domain was “connected” to your WordPress.com site, but registered with Domain.com

    In this case I can see the domain is no longer connected on our end, so you will need to contact Domain.com staff for help with updating your DNS.
