domain transfer

Hi, I am registered as an administrator of the site caisoc.com and need to transfer the domain to a new website I built for the school (not on the wp blogging site but on the wp CMS.) However, when I go to domain transfer, it says I have to be logged in with another account to make the transfer. Is there a way that I could change the user roles around in the back end so that I can request this transfer, or do I need to track down the password for the other admin account? Since it’s a school with people coming and going etc., it’s more difficult than it should be to access that kind of info.

The account you’re using to post here does not own the domain, caisoc.com
Only the owner of a domain can transfer it, so in order to transfer that domain you’d need to be logged in as the username, caisoc. We cannot make any exceptions in this regard.
We also cannot give you access to that account unless you can verify that you are the owner of the account. The only way to do that is via our account recovery process:
