I have bought a domain on Wix today, but I realized that it’s better to use wordpress, so I transferred to wordpress.
How it will cost for transfer? I actually paid today and transferred to wordpress same day.

Hi there,
To connect a domain you already own to WordPress.com requires one of our paid plans. You can see all our available plans at My Site ->Plans.
However, if you only bought the domain today you won’t be able to transfer it to us immediately – new domains cannot be transferred for 60 days, no matter where you bought it. So to use that domain with a WordPress.com site you’ll have to map it for now until it becomes eligible for transfer.

Thank you for your answer, I’m not in a hurry to use my domain, I’m building my website on wordpress now, it takes time because I am learning how to build it slowly.
then when my domain transferred to wordpress successfully, will there be any cost? I actually don’t want to pay again for the first year.

You will need to buy one of our paid plans in order to transfer the domain to WordPress.com. We can’t do this for free, as there are costs involved for us to move the domain registration to us, and as part of the process your domain is also renewed for another year. The registration fee you paid to Wix does not cover the costs we need to pay to provide this service.

If you buy a domain with us you can immediately start using it, yes.
But you can also connect the domain you already have with Wix to your WordPress.com site using the domain mapping upgrade I mentioned above, and then transfer that domain to us later if you prefer.

The domain I transferred was http://www.yancuisine.com
I tried to cancel on Wix, so now I need to stop transferring to wordpress.
Then I can buy a new one on wordpress directly. -
This domain is registered through Network Solutions and has never been initiated a transfer to WordPress.com.
If you want to cancel the transfer please contact the domain provider you’re moving the domain to.

I purchased personal plan on 11th August, I have been charged twice for this.
Once was on 14th, the second time was on 16th. One of your staff told me that you only charged me once, but how come I received twice payments? I have checked with my bank, my card was charged twice from wordpress on different dates.I need to receive the refund for the other payment, it doesn’t make sense to charge me twice for the personal plan. I’m not expecting this situation on wordpress.
I have sent a copy of payments from my bank to you.
Please solve this asap and refund the payment.

I only see one charge on your account for $48 on 11 August. There are no charges on our system for either the 14th or the 16th.
