domain transfer

    Hello, I am attempting to transfer my domain from shopify to wordpress. My domain is currently unlocked and I have the authorization code however wordpress insists that the domain is locked. Can you help me?

    Hi there,

    Can you please tell me the domain you’re trying to transfer?

    It can take a few hours after unlocking a domain at your registrar before the public whois database updates in that regard – the domain status in that database is the only way we have of seeing whether or not the domain is unlocked.
