  Hi, I have a domain registered with another company but I want to map it over to wordpress – I just tried to do it following these instructions https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/ but when I did it, it came up with an alert saying this web address was already registered to wordpress. Problem is I can’t find it or any reference to it in my account. Can you help please?
