Domain Transfer Acceptance Not Going Through

I’m in the process of transferring my domain. When I go to my domain and hit “accept transfer” it tells me that I accepted it. But if I refresh or revisit the page later, it asks me again if I want to accept it. It’s as if it’s not actually processing my transfer. I contacted my new host provider and they weren’t even showing a transfer process yet. I think it has something to do with the acceptance not going through.

Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Firefox or Google Chrome?

You should now have received a confirmation e-mail and transfer code for the transfer to your new registrar.

Hey,
I had already received that email along with my transfer code. I received that on the very first day and am past that stage. Unless, I need to do the whole process over from step 1 and use the code you sent me (if it’s any different than the first one I received). -
We’ve accepted the domain transfer, you should receive an email confirming this from your new registrar shortly.

Ok, so I just got an email that the transfer was declined. What’s going on? It was unlocked, it was accepted (multiple times in fact), etc..
Nonetheless, I’m still without access to my new site, and that makes me really bummed to say the least. :( -
Strange! I’ve just accepted the transfer again and you should have another e-mail confirmation. If you received the transfer code you can use this at the site of your new registrar so it transfers the domain to them.

Alright, I just re-submitted a transfer request, but then realized that the email link I just followed took me to request a “registration transfer” not a “domain transfer.” What’s the difference? Did I just submit the wrong thing?

As far as I know there is no difference. Let me know if you encounter any oddities during the transfer process.

Hey,
So I finally got confirmation that my transfer went through, but I still can’t access wordpress.org. My site looks the same, it keeps wanting me to log into wp.com, and the link that my domain host originally sent me 2 weeks ago to create an admin account for .org it’s working. What do I still need to do to get it actually running so I can start editing my site? -

I tried clearing the cache and trying different browsers. When I go to my website, it still pulls up wordpress.com. I can’t set up an admin account with wordpress.org and I can’t edit my site with wordpress.org.
I know it’s installed on my host, I’ve checked multiple times. So, do I need to delete my wordpress.com and then figure out a way to set up my .org admin? -
