Domain transfer code never arrived

Hi,
Trying to help a client transfer her domain.
I requested a domain transfer code about two weeks ago, and she never received it. I had her check spam folder – wasn’t in there.
I’ve now changed the contact email to mine to try it for myself. I’ve requested about three times this morning. Checked spam – nothing.
Can you please send me a transfer code?

Hi Tim,
Transferring a domain is only possible if it’s been more than 60 days since the domain was registered. (This is standard across all registrars and is a rule set by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers [ICANN].)
In the meantime, you can point the domain to a new host by changing its name servers. We have a guide to Change a Domain’s Name Servers with details.
