Domain transfer. Could you help me please?

  I need to trasfer my domain revistamontajes.org (also bought in WordPress) to an other hots service that is not wordpress.

  My host provider send me an email and tell that the domain is lock and they can’t transfer it. They got this message: “Error while requesting transfer, the domain is lock. Please contanct your current registrar to unlock it then relaunch this operation”.

  Could you help me to unlock my domain, please and get a new authcode number? Finally I want to ask wher can I find the authcodenumber, I don’t know if yesterday I gave it wrong to my host provider.

  Hi there, you can unlock your domain by logging into your domain manager. Once you’ve unlocked the domain, you can request an authorization code as well.

  You’ll find detailed instructions here for both unlocking and obtaining the code.
