Domain Transfer didn’t take affect

    We paid for a domain transfer back in April, but it has not transferred yet.

    I do not see any upgrades under your @mustangjourney2018 WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

    We are not able to look back at your previous transfer as it was cancelled when you cancelled your previous upgrade purchase. However, if you wish it is possible to transfer your domain over to us, but to do so you will first need to pick one of the plans we offer here (which all include a domain transfer option): https://wordpress.com/pricing/

    Once you have upgraded your account we are happy to walk you through the process of initiating a new transfer, as well as checking on it’s status to make sure the process is completed as expected.
