Domain transfer doesn't work

  Dear wordpress-team,

  When I created my blog “analogged” yesterday, two blogs were created:

  analoggeddotme.wordpress.com
  analoggeddotme1.wordpress.com

  The second one is redundant (I still don’t know why it has been created in the first place) but the domain “analogged.me” which I set up, is connected to the second blog.

  When I try to transfer the domain “analogged.me” to the blog “analoggeddotme.wordpress.com” it says:

  >>The product transfer could not be completed because a subscription or transaction record could not be found. Please contact support and quote this message to resolve the issue.<<

  Can you help me with this problem
