Domain Transfer Locked

  I’m moving my domain from wordpress.com over to A2 hosting. A2 hosting had their system mark the transfer as cancelled after I missed a verification email.

  So I re-did the transfer from wordpress.com which only now tells me:

  “rohanbyrt.com is pending transfer. You must wait for the transfer to finish, and then update the settings at the new registrar.”

  The domain didn’t seem to have transferred so after 4-5 days I called up A2 hosting who opened the transfer on their end again so it now says ‘pending’.

  Is there anything you can do on your side (wordpress.com) to make sure that the transfer is going to happen? How long till you feel the domain transfer will happen? Could you point the name servers for it to ns3.a2hosting.com and ns4.a2hosting.com as I can’t do it as the transfer is stuck in the “rohanbyrt.com is pending transfer. You must wait for the transfer to finish, and then update the settings at the new registrar.” mode.

  When the transfer was reinitiated, did you get a verification email asking you to click a link to confirm the transfer?

  Hi there,

  I checked your account, and it states that rohanbyrt.com has been transferred successfully, but the nameservers of the domain is still pointing to WordPress.com. Have you updated the nameservers on A2’s end?
