Domain Transfer Mess Up

  I have 2 wordpress logins. I mistakenly used the wrong loging to setup a second domain with the business plan. After it was all done and I received the receipts I realized my mistake. I transferred ownership to my other account and made sure both accounts were listed as admin but now neither account has ownership of the domain. I can’t upload any plugins or themes. I am a little panicked.

  Hi there, if you have a WordPressdotcom site with an upgrade plan, you should be able to get either Live Chat (when available ) or email support when you post at https://wordpress.com/help/contact You do need to be logged in with the account that purchased the plan if it is not this one.

  Thanks. I have used the email option for support. I am guessing live chat is not available right now, when I attempted that I got an auto response that said something about there being limited support right now and then it sent my message as an email rather than a message. I am sure it will be resolved once they are available.
