Domain Transfer Not Working – WordPress.com Denied – HELP!

    I am trying to transfer my domain from wordpress.com to 1and1.com and they have informed me that my account transfer has been denied and to contact my domain host (wildwildwest domains), however, wildwildwest domains has informed that I should contact wordpress as they have no control over the issue.

    My paid domain name is: thisisthebeautybar.com

    I’ve gone through all of the guided steps by wordpress.com to initiate this transfer and there is still a block. Please help!
