Domain transfer pending past the 5 days max period

my website destiny2raiding.com is in pending status for over 5 days now migrating from siteground to intellyhost.com. i don’t have much experience on these matters but i knwo the status is pendingTransfer which means iti s ongoing, but i also know that the 5 days period is past due for more than 12h now (5 days and 12h since the transfer request at this writing.
Can someone tell me what additional checks i can/should do in order to speed this up. Siteground tells me there is nothing they can do to expedite this, and same goes for my new host. One thing i was told is that siteground is just a reseller of domains and tucows is the original holder so they can’t do much to speed this up. Anyone has a solution on these matters as in how to check that all is fine with the process and it is not stuck at some step ? I did the auth code and got confirmation email from the new host that transfer is ongoing.

As you’re neither transferring from nor to WordPress.com, we don’t have any ability to help you with this.
Please contact your new domain provider for help with this.
Also note, domain transfers can take anything from five to eight days, depending on the registry and registrars involved, and that count only starts from the moment your domain transfer code is submitted to the registry by your new domain provider. There’s not such thing as a “5 days max period” for domain transfers.

guess you are right, i sort of went into “alrm bell” mode after 5 days but transfer has been completed today, at around 5 days and 16h from the submition of the code.
