Domain transfer problem

  Hi,
  I’d like to transfer my domain bdsvincom.org to another domain manager.
  But I accidentally removed the mapping of this domain from my account, and now I can’t get the transfer key.
  Could you please tell me what I should do to get the transfer key?

  Hi @luanquocanh, it looks like you actually cancelled your domain some time ago. It was returned to the registrar.

  We can try to get it back for you if you’d like, but they may charge a redemption fee at this point. Please let us know what you’d like to do.
