Domain transfer .se

  Hi! I am trying to transfer the domain asagradin.se from one.com to WP. asagradin.se is currently just rerouted to WP name servers in one.com, which means I am paying for two webb hotels. I get stuck using the check-list on help-pages. When trying to perform the step “+ Add a domain I own” and filling in the webb adress. It is saying that the domain is already connected to WordPress.com, as you can see in the picture (in Swedish). In the bottom picture, you can see the setup that is currently used in WP, where it also has a note “Registered at another supplier”. How do I fix this? I have received the AUTH-ID from one.com which states that it is the only thing I need for the transfer to another supplier. Please help. Sincerely, Claes.

  Hi there!

  We currently don’t support registrations and transfers of .se domains. That’s why you were unable to start the transfer of your domain.

  You can still use the domain with your WordPress.com site. The domain just needs to remain registered with your previous registrar and pointed to WordPress.com nameservers, which you’ve already done.
