Domain Transfer – still waiting

  Hi,

  I need some help regarding our domain transfer. Ive now waited 8 days, and WordPress is still listing our domain transfer as “in progress”

  I have been waiting for an email to come through to our other domain provider so we can authorise the transfer, but nothing has been received as yet. Should I be worried?

  I have checked spam, and inbox etc. No email.

  Should we keep waiting?

  Some help will be appreciated. Thank you

  Your domain transfer completed yesterday, and we sent you an email to notify you when that happened. If it still shows the transfer is pending when you view My Site ->Domains, please try clearing your browser cache.
