Domaine change and deleted email

    Hello

    I’ve changed the company that handles my website. The domaine got transfered but all my mails from TITAN got deleted. I was wondering if there was a way to get them back?

    I do not see any sites under your @linddetailing8 WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login with us or are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Also you may wish to contact Titan directly, as they tend to store all email centrally on their mail server. With this in mind, your email is probably still there, but this is not something we are able to check on. You can reach them here: https://support.titan.email/

    My site was http://www.linddetailing.com and the mail tl@linddetailing.
    I really need those emails

    Thanks for sharing the site – I was able to find the site in our system along with the TItan account. I see that both the site and the TItan subscription were canceled and deleted.

    We can look further into this for you, but those upgrades were connected to a different WordPress.com account than the one you are reaching out from, linddetailing8. Before moving forward, we’ll need to confirm ownership of that account. Is it possible to log into the account connected to those upgrades and post in this thread?

    My old website was owned by a company which I don’t have access to.

    I had som access in terms of editing, but that is pretty much it.

    Isn’t there another way to prove ownership?

    Were these upgrades that you purchased? The best bet would be to reach out to your former company and see if they can touch base with us regarding the upgrades since they are owners of the account.
