Domaine name already blocked !

  Hello, my domain name “bgbag.fr” was to be released on March 31st. To this day it is still blocked.
  can you tell me when it will be available.

  Hi there, it doesn’t look like your domain bgbag.fr is registered with WordPress.com, but only mapped to your WordPress.com website.

  If you are trying to change your domain’s DNS pointers to a different web hosting provider, you’ll need to do that at your domain registrar EPAG Domainservices GmbH. If you have any other question about your domain, please inquire with them directly.

  Hi,

  It looks as though you registered that domain with us last year, and then canceled and refunded that purchase the next day. You appear to have then registered the domain with EPAG Domainservices GmbH (https://www.epag.de/en/). However, it appears that domain is now expired and in the redemption period.

  You will need to talk to the support team at epag.de in order to sort this out. As the domain is not registered here, we have no access to any tools that could fix it for you.
