  I have tried to add a domain name to my site but when I get to my street address it jumps back to the phone line. I have tried this several times on more than one site and the same thing happens. How do you fix this.

  Hi there,

  For what site are you trying to add the domain, and what is the domain?

  Can you please check if this happens after you clear your browser cache and cookies, or if you use a different browser?

  NYBasketball.wordpress.com. I’d like to add NYBasketball.blog or Basketballny.blog. I am told both are available but I can’t seem to register/purchase them.

  I checked your account, and I’m able to add that domain and fill out address details without any problems. Have you tried clearing the browser cache, and tried a different browser like I suggested?
