  Hi. I bought travelbossmom.com through godaddy. I can’t transfer it until September 1st per godaddy. Can I proceed with pointing it to WordPress for now and then on September 1st, transfer it to WordPress? Also can I still get a free domain with WordPress or is that what’s covered when I transfer the domain from godaddy to WordPress?

  The site I need help with is travelbossmomcom.wordpress.com.

  Yes, you can map it to your site for now following the guide at https://wordpress.com/support/domains/map-existing-domain/ and transfer it when it’s ready if you still want to following the guide at https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/incoming-domain-transfer/
