My supermamaboss.com domain was not transferred from pearlcyaj and I also need support from you to get the backup of files and database in zipfile format so I can get bluehost to add this account. Please help!Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).

According to our records the domain supermamaboss.com was transferred to WordPress.com approximately 7 days ago. Please note that after a domain is transferred it cannot be re-transferred for 60 days. This “60 day lock” is a requirement set by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) and is observed by all ICANN-accredited registrars.

Because this is a requirement that we must adhere to by law, it is not within our control to lift this 60 day lock for any reason.
However, you are not bound to use your domain here on WordPress.com; it is possible to have it “point” to your self-hosted site on Bluehost instead. Would you like help setting that up?
That will allow you to get set up and move forward with your host, and then you can finalize the domain transfer after 60 days are up.

WordPress.com uses a custom version of the WordPress platform and for this reason we are not able to provide that kind of export package. You can however export your pages, blog post, comments, uploaded images and other media, by following the steps here: https://wordpress.com/support/export/
