Domains and Billing

I began with WordPress by purchasing domains. Through the ‘Why Was I Charged?’ webpage, I have found that the payment has gone through and that the domains I have paid for exist. I had purchased the Personal Plan, but using the login information I used to buy this plan and these domains, I have no access to any of them. I have found the domain web pages online but cannot access them. I do not know what to do, and as I cannot access the benefits that come with the ‘Personal’ subscription, I cannot directly contact anybody at WordPress. Please help. I have all the billing information to prove I made the purchase. The site which I have connected to this is the site I believe should have the content I have paid for.
