domain's DNS Manager, how come I dont have access to this in free my free plans in wordpress?

  my zohomail instructed me to change something in the DNS manager of wordpress panel but it is not available here, how come?

  You would only have a DNS manager if you had a custom domain with WordPress.com. Which you would not have if you are using the free plan and a _____.wordpress.com URL.
