Domains missing under Configure menu

I have inherited a site and need to change the email to Office 365. Under the settings menu, I dont have any heading for domains.
I am listed as a site admin.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The site is not as listed above, but kentveganfestival.org.
On my site listed, the domains is present, but on the one above it isnt present.

Im told that even though this is a .org site, it was purchased and hosted from WordPress

That domain is owned by a different account than the one you’re currently using to contact us (@theoffice365guru).
Please log in to the correct account (@kentveganfestival) and follow these instructions to configure your Office 365 email:

I followed the link provided and get the following:

I’m sorry, but we weren’t able to find a user with that login information.Then I tried the recover account, but it seems that this is a .org account (whatever that means) and the links only support .com accounts.

Did you type the username, kentveganfestival, into the lost password form? I don’t see any password reset requests for that account.
This is a WordPress.com account and the owner of the domain you wish to change. To make any changes to that domain you’d need to be logged into that account.

Thanks for coming back to me.
The person who set the account up in 2016 has suddenly recalled (after me spending a few days asking and bothering you) that a gmail account was set up and that had the original details including username and password.
I am very grateful for your assistance.
