Don’t have access to an old email

    I recently found out an old website I made is still up, and I wanted to delete it. I haven’t logged onto my old account in years, but I still remembered my password. When I went to log in, it said my account had been ‘blocked as a security precaution’, which was a different message than the usual ‘this password is incorrect’ message I got when I put in a wrong password. So I know that I have the right information.
    The problem here is that in order to unblock the account, I have to access my old email and reset the password. And I deleted that email last year and can’t recover it. I have no way of proving that I used to own this account at all, so I am really stuck. I literally have the right password to enter the account, and even then I can’t access it because of this block thing.
