don’t receive mail for a link to create a new password

  Hello I have a website and I try to connect with my password but he’s wrong so I ask for a new password but I don’t receive mail from wordpress … how can I create a new password please.

  What site are you trying to log into? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

  If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead.

  Hello,

  I’m trying to log into my website http://www.perlenoireesthetique.com but I forgot my password and my email (email visible only to moderators and staff) is the recovery email where I’m supposed to receive the link if I forgot my password but I tried many time and I don’t receive the link on my email even in my spam box there’s nothing.
