Dont see refund

  Hello,
  I had two refunds and only see one in my account. I am missing the refund for $36. Has this processed yet? And if so when will I see it? I already see the refund for $24.

  Hi there, you should be able to see both refunds in your account Manage Purchases/Billing History. https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  In general refunds can take 5-10 business days to show up and longer if you are outside the US and are returned to the payment method you used. If it’s been longer than that, you’ll want to contact your payment processor directly.

  Hi –

  I’ve had a look at the account and here’s what I see.

  – On 2019-02-28 we processed a refund for $36.00.
  – On 2019-03-01 we processed a refund for $24.00.

  Both refunds have been issued. As justjennifer mentioned, it will take about ten days for those funds to reach you.
