don’t want automatic renewal

I received an email saying ‘You will be charged $96 for your WordPress.com Premium plan renewal and $18 for your domain name’ and this would be automatically renewed. I was given no option to cancel the renewal and the ‘contact us’ takes me to this forum. Can anyone lend some help or point me in the direction of a customer service representative?

I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
