  Hi,
  Iam using WordPress blog here I don’t want to write Comments in my blog I want to dissable to that one

  Disable comments under Dashboard–>Options–>Discussion.

  It shouldn’t, if you’ve disabled it. You see where it says:

  Usual settings for an article:
  (These settings may be overridden for individual articles.)

  * Attempt to notify any blogs linked to from the article (slows down posting.)
  * Allow link notifications from other blogs (pingbacks and trackbacks.)
  * Allow people to post comments on the article

  Make sure the last one is UNCHECKED and hit Update Options and then nobody will be able to post comments.
