Double billed

    I was charged twice for my account. My credit card that was on file charged $116.18. That card was expired, so I charged another card 101.18. I’m not sure why my expired card was charged.

    For what upgrade, on what site were you charged?

    The WordPress.com username account you’re using to post here owns no sites with us, has never bought anything from us, and we don’t even have a credit card on file for you that we could have charged:

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.

    However, neither of the amounts you mention match the cost of any upgrade we sell on WordPress.com, so I doubt those charges are even for a site hosted with us.
