Double billing for domain mapping

    Hello, I paid $13.00 for an upgrade on August 12, 2014 to have my domain named changed to kellycavanaughtutoring.com but I had to pay again, $33.00 today because I was getting a message that I needed to upgrade the domain mapping. Why did this happen and will you please refund the extra payment I had to make or else explain why I had to pay twice?
