Double charge fro renewal

    I WOULD NOT LIKE TO CANCEL MY DOMAIN OR ALTER MY WEBSITE AT ALL.

    But I do believe I was double charged for my recent renewal. I received two $99.00 charges to my bank account and was hoping someone could shed some light on this or please provide me with a $99.00 refund to that account.

    Hi there,

    I just checked our records for your site. I see that your WordPress.com Premium upgrade was renewed twice, and you were charged for each of those renewals. Sorry about that! We have some measures in place to prevent that, but it can still sometimes happen.

    The good news is that your upgrade (including the domain) was renewed for two years, so it’s valid through 2016. If you’d like, we can leave your payments and upgrade as-is and you won’t have to worry about renewing it next year.

    If you prefer, however, we can refund the second renewal so that your upgrade is valid through 2015. Please just let me know if you would like a refund and I can take care of that for you.
