Double Domain Registering?!?!?! WHY?!

  Hi,

  I just started a new blog motiongoodies.wordpress.com. I paid the $17 to purchase the domain motiongoodies.com at the exact time that i started the new blog. Now your site is asking me to pay an ADDITIONAL $17 to re-register and do domain mapping. WHY?!?!

  I don’t see any domain registration transactions on your account.

  You did purchase a Site Redirect upgrade for $12, but you didn’t purchase a domain name.

  Did you receive a receipt from us for a $17 domain registration?

  I’m a bit confused. I just checked my paypal account and nothing was charged for the new blog. Here are the steps I took…

  -Logged into my current blog as admin
  -clicked on register another blog.
  -chose a name
  -was asked if i wanted to purchase the domain name for $17..I did
  -then I chose to $8 protect.
  -chose to pay total of $25 with paypal
  -then got taken to the screen to add the domain for $17!..that’s when i stopped because I thought i was getting charged an additional $17 on top of the $25

  Yeah, the only transaction that we have on your account is the $12 through PayPal.

  I just re-sent the receipt to the email address on file.

  If you’d like, I can cancel and refund this, and you can try adding the domain again via Store -> Domains in your blog’s Dashboard.

  Actually the $12 charge is fine…that was domain mapping for my other blog. I’ll try it again through the store.
