double payment

    I recently payed for my site renewal, and since the paypal option wasn’t working for me, i paid with direct credit card. I think the payment was made twice since i received the receipt for paypal and for wordpress. how can i fix this?

    Hi there!

    I see one charge on your account. We do process all of our payments through Paypal, so the receipt from them and from us does not necessarily mean that we double charged you. Please let me know if you see a duplicate charge on your bank statement and I can dig into our records.
