Double profile

    I already have a domain hosting by hostgator but i got into wordpress and im seeing i have 2 profiles and this domain wordpress.com thats not mine

    WP.com: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there!

    It appears you created a new WordPress.com site about a week ago. Your site with Hostgator uses WordPress.org, a different version of WordPress. That site is different/separate from your WordPress.com site with us.

    There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it: WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org.

    Sites using WordPress.org are hosted by other providers, where you have to take care of the technical aspects, such as keeping plugins and themes up to date, ensuring security, malware, and so on. On WordPress.com, we take care of those things so you can focus on creating content. I strongly encourage checking out the link above to find out the differences between the two.

    If you already have a running site with Hostgator, and you don’t plan on moving to WordPress.com, you can delete the WordPress.com site permanently.
