Doubling deleted text

  I create all of my posts in visual editor. I am encountering a problem for a few months now that isn’t terrible but I would love to remedy​ it as it is very annoying!!!

  The issues occurs when I try to delete a particular line or two of text and instead of deleting it will double itself with a line of space between them. Sometimes the issue will even move the text a line or two up or down and i don’t notice it right away resulting in terrible posts. I tried disabling all of my plugins to no avail. All my themes and WP are updated.

  I’d really love to get a solution for this. I am using a Mac Book if that matters.
