  Hello, please, I want know what are the payments forms for buy a domain (.org). The value is $18 per year? I am localized in Brazil.
  I want know too if I can transfer my blog blogger completly for wordpress without troubles or dangers for me. If is secured and safe the transference of my all files.

  The cost of the domain is $5 per year. The cost to attach it to a WP.com blog is $13 per year.

  I’m not sure I follow your security question. Not everything embeds here, like iframes and javascript. If you have those, they’ll be stripped out.

  Major credit card or PayPal – you need to live in a country that PayPal has not flagged for fraud (Nigeria is one – Brazil should be fine) – sorry no bank drafts or billing
