Downgrade from a Business to Personal Plan

  I would like to downgrade my plan. Please help guide me to change my Business Plan to Personal Plan. I have tried to request for a long time. But you may not understand what I have requested. Please help & please explain what will be affected by my Website. My site information on the web is still complete, right?

  The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.
