Downgrade from business to personal

    Hi team,
    I’d like to downgrade from business to personal please, I clicked the wrong box when setting this blog up. It doesn’t have content yet so there wont be any content loss!

    I do not see any upgrades under your @constancecravingnz WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

    Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? What is the URL of the site associated with the upgrade you are needing help with? Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

    Hi when I try to upgrade to pro I only get options for the business pricing, not the personal pricing. My other blog is $60 a year, but the cost for this one is quoting me $270+?

    We no longer offer the Personal plan (or the Premium plan) but instead have launched a new plan called “Pro” which is what you see when you upgrade.

    The Pro Plan is $180USD for the full year. Please note that we do not offer monthly billing at this time.
