Downgrading and losing access to data

  I downgraded from Business to Free plan and lost my staging site data. Is there any way to recover it?

  Staging sites are tied to the Business plan, so when you downgrade, that environment doesn’t survive. If the content only ever lived on staging and was never pushed to your live site, it’s most likely gone.

  I’ve flagged this thread for a staff member to take a look — they may be able to check on the backend and see if anything’s recoverable.

  Hi there,

  What @benitoalba mentioned above is correct. The staging site si automatically removed on once the plan is downgraded or canceled.

  If possible, could you share a bit more about your decision to cancel? Was there anything missing from the current plan?
