Hi there,
You’ll need to migrate the site to us. You can’t downgrade, as WordPress.com and Bluehost are two completely different companies, and our systems have no connection with each other whatsoever.
You are able to manage your site, http://www.levinerlife.com/, from a WordPress.com account because you have it connected here via the Jetpack plugin, but we have no access to your site’s files or servers, or to your hosting account at Bluehost.
You can find a guide on migrating your site’s content to us here:
https://transferto.wordpress.com/self-hosted-wordpress-org/
We can help you migrate your followers and stats to the WordPress.com site as well. Let us know once you’ve finished moving the content and we’d be happy to do that.
If you want to keep using your current domain with the WordPress.com site you can transfer that to us as well, but that will require that you purchase one of our paid plans.
As for cancelling your hosting plan and any refunds you might be eligible for, please contact Bluehost support directly. Please just make sure you only do that after you’ve migrated everything that you need to be on WordPress.com – this should be the very last step in the process.
