Downgrading Plan

  Hi team,

  I find it odd that I can’t downgrade my plan on my own, but I want to downgrade my plan from business to personal.

  Can someone from the staff assist me on this?

  Hi there,

  One thing to be aware of when downgrading is that it’s not possible to use plugins under the Personal Plan. This is only an option on our Business and eCommerce plans.

  With this in mind, it is possible to downgrade, but you will lose access to the following:

  – Easy Affiliate Links
  – Link Checker
  – Popup Builder
  – Relevanssi
  – WP Google Search
  – WooCommerce
  – Yoast SEO

  I have removed your site from our business hosting and you can now proceed on your own.

  First you will want to delete your domain here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/cosmotographer.wordpress.com/14220939

  Staff is not able to do this for you, so you must delete the domain yourself as you are the owner of record. You can also transfer the domain to another registrar if you wish to retain ownership but not with us.

  Once you have removed your domain, you can follow the steps here to permanently close your account, which will remove your personal data from our service: https://wordpress.com/me/account/close
