Download link doess not exist?

  I am looking for the .zip package to download so I can upload it to my server file system. Your website is now making it impossible to find as if you are forcing people to use your servers. Years ago I could visit the front page of wordpress.org and simply click on it and download it. Not now?

  wordpress.com and wordpress.org are two totally different platforms. wordpress.com is a shared environment as wordpress.org is self-hosted. That’s why you can’t download wordpress.com. You can download wordpress.org at https://wordpress.org/
