Download my posts + media to my mac

    Hello!
    I would like to download all of my posts and media from my wordpress website to my computer in a readable format. When I tried to ‘export’ them, all I got in the download was a bunch of coding. Thank you for your time and help!

    Hi Morgan,

    While the export function provides data in a format meant primarily for migrations and backups, there are several third-party services that can transform your content into a more user-friendly format, such as a book.

    Two popular options are FastPencil and BlogBooker. Both services allow you to import your WordPress.com site and then turn it into a printed or downloadable book (PDF).
